Job Description
Senior Agile Scrum Master drives Agile practices across cross-functional teams, ensuring efficient sprint planning, execution, and high-quality software delivery. The role fosters continuous improvement, removes impediments, and aligns product vision with technical execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to promote transparency and continuous improvement. Coach teams on Agile principles, Scrum ceremonies, and self‑organization to increase velocity and quality. Remove impediments and coordinate cross‑team dependencies to keep projects on schedule. Collaborate with product owners to refine backlog priorities and acceptance criteria. Track and report team metrics—velocity, burn‑down charts, cycle time—to stakeholders. Lead process improvement initiatives and adopt new Agile tools or frameworks as needed. Mentor junior Scrum Masters and provide guidance on coaching techniques. Foster a culture of psychological safety, open communication, and shared ownership across teams. Requirements:
Strong experience as a Scrum Master (4-6 years) in Agile environments. Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum principles and execution practices. Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, priorities, and timelines. Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict resolution skills. Strong problem-solving, organizational, and leadership abilities. Experience with Agile tools such as Jira/Confluence. Scrum Certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent); PMI-ACP preferred. Highly Desired (GenAI / AI Exposure) Experience working with AI/ML or Generative AI teams . Familiarity with concepts such as LLMs, prompt engineering, model training, and evaluation . Understanding of AI/ML lifecycle (data, experimentation, deployment, monitoring). Exposure to platforms like Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or Google Vertex AI . Awareness of Responsible AI, model governance, and ethical considerations . Ability to work in experiment-driven, high-uncertainty environments . Benefits:
