Video Conference (MS Teams/WebEx/F2F) can be used in accordance with agency guidelines. Key Responsibilities Serve as a servant leader for Agile teams and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies. Coach teams toward Agile maturity, self-organization, and accountability. Remove team-level impediments and escalate organizational blockers when necessary. Partner with Product Owners, Agile Coaches, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery. Build psychologically safe, collaborative, and high-performing team environments. Resolve conflicts and address resistance to Agile practices. Facilitate meaningful retrospectives and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Shield teams from external disruptions and maintain focus on sprint goals and commitments. Ensure adherence to organizational Agile frameworks, standards, and best practices. Required Qualifications Minimum 7+ years of hands-on experience as a Scrum Master supporting multiple Agile teams in complex, matrixed organizations. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM II or higher) required. Strong experience building self-organizing Agile teams and improving team velocity and delivery predictability. Proven ability to manage team conflicts, foster collaboration, and drive cultural transformation. Expertise in Agile methodologies, stakeholder management, change management, and conflict resolution. Experience coaching teams while operating within established Agile governance frameworks and playbooks. Excellent communication, leadership, facilitation, and organizational skills. Advanced Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent. Experience working within government agencies or highly regulated industries. Build empowered and accountable Agile teams. Drive sprint planning, execution, and delivery excellence. Maintain transparent impediment tracking and resolution processes. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, experimentation, and learning. Support Agile transformation and maturity initiatives across the program.
