Work Setting:

100% of the time at the Client's site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client. Only candidates able to relocate as required should apply to avoid removal from future consideration.

Required:

• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client's site in Juno Beach, FL (required);
• Experience with Agile/Scrum frameworks as a Scrum Master, facilitating ceremonies and coaching teams;
• Experience with SAP migration or large-scale system migration programs;
• Experience with billing systems, data validation, or utility industry processes;
• Experience with defect tracking, sprint planning, and delivery coordination across multi-workstream programs;

Preferred:

• Experience with CIS (Customer Information System) to SAP migration projects;
• Experience working in complex, multi-workstream program environments;
• Experience with QA coordination and testing cycles in enterprise environments;

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and sprint reviews for the Bill Compare workstream;
• Remove impediments and ensure the team maintains focus on delivering accurate, high-quality bill comparison outcomes across legacy and new billing environments;
• Work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and QA resources to coordinate testing cycles;
• Track defects and drive sprint-level progress toward key migration milestones;
• Serve as a collaborative bridge between the Bill Compare team and cross-functional partners, ensuring transparency and alignment;
• Facilitate timely resolution of issues across the XD CIS to SAP system migration program;
• Ensure communication and alignment between the Bill Compare workstream and broader program stakeholders; Why apply?
