• About your role:
• We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead 2-3 high-performing software engineering teams. You will be responsible for ensuring the chosen framework is understood and enacted. Your goal is to foster a culture of self-management, technical excellence, and continuous improvement.

Facilitate Ceremonies:

• Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning (https://www.atlassian.com/agile/scrum/sprint-planning) , sprint reviews, and retrospectives. +

• Remove Impediments:

• Proactively identify and eliminate obstacles that slow the team down. +

• Coach:

• Guide the team in self-organization and cross-functional collaboration. +
• Shield the

• Protect developers from external distractions and scope creep (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Scope\_creep) during sprints. +
• Support the

Product Owner:

• Assist in backlog refinement and ensuring product goals are clearly understood by the team. +

• Implement Agile Maturity Metrics:

• Creating, tracking, and evaluating information to help the team to improve.

• Scaled Agile:

• Remote Facilitation:

• Proficiency with tools like Jira (https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira) , Miro (https://miro.com/) , Confluence, and Aha for hybrid/remote teams. +

• Value Stream Mapping:

• Mapping out the entire process from "idea" to "customer value" to find and cut waste. +

• Backlog Health:

• Ensuring the backlog is DEEP (Detailed appropriately, Emergent, Estimated, and Prioritized). +

• Soft Skills:

• Exceptional conflict resolution (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Conflict\_resolution) , active listening, and the ability to influence without formal authority
• Experience you will need to have:
• + 6+ years of experience leading Agile teams in a software development environment. + 6+ years of experience in frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, XP, Lean, and/or Waterfall. + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
• Experience that would be great to have:
• + Prior experience within the payments and/or financial services domains.

• Salary Range
• $100,000.

00 - $165,600.00 _These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey and New York. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ._ It is unlawful to discriminate against a prospective employee due to the individual's status as a veteran. For incentive eligible associates, the successful candidate is eligible for an annual incentive opportunity which may be delivered as a mix of cash bonus and equity awards in the Company's sole discretion.
