The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of project management methodologies and be adept at facilitating communication between stakeholders, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within scope. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a focus on team dynamics and collaboration. Duties Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Lead project implementation efforts by coordinating tasks and resources effectively. Manage project timelines, ensuring that all deliverables are met according to schedule. Communicate project status updates to stakeholders, providing transparency throughout the project lifecycle. Develop and maintain test cases to ensure quality assurance throughout the project. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify dependencies and mitigate risks. Negotiate with stakeholders to prioritize features and manage expectations. Oversee IT infrastructure requirements related to project deliverables. Utilize project management tools to track progress and report on key metrics. Skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Excellent time management skills to ensure timely completion of projects. Proficient in program management principles and practices. Effective communication skills for engaging with team members and stakeholders at all levels. Experience in applying various project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum). Knowledge of IT infrastructure as it relates to project execution. Ability to negotiate effectively with stakeholders for resource allocation and priority setting. Familiarity with creating and managing test cases as part of the quality assurance process.
