Job Description:
Join a dynamic team as an Agile Scrum Master•Lead, where you'll drive innovation and efficiency in project management. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead Scrum adoption and enhance productivity within a forward-thinking organization. Responsibilities Guide and mentor the team in adopting Scrum practices to boost productivity and collaboration. Strategize and implement Scrum processes across the organization to optimize project outcomes. Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders and team members to ensure seamless product development. Advise on changes that enhance the Scrum team's efficiency and effectiveness. Support the Product Owner in prioritizing the Product Backlog to maximize value delivery. Organize and lead Scrum events to foster team engagement and progress. Encourage self-organization and cross-functional teamwork within the development team. Skills Proven experience in technical project management with a focus on agile methodologies. Strong understanding of artificial intelligence and its application in project management. Expertise in SAFe Agile Methodology to drive project success. Knowledge of cyber security practices to ensure project integrity. Proficiency in information security to safeguard project data. Preferred Skills Experience in coaching teams for agile transformation and continuous improvement. Ability to facilitate productive Scrum events and workshops. Strong communication skills to effectively liaise between stakeholders and team members.
