Job Description:
Required Skills Own end-to-end requirement refinement across all Payment RAILs (SWIFT, ACH, RTGS, etc.) and translate business needs into developer-ready documentation and user stories Technically involved in documenting requirements using JSON, YAML, and
REST API
specs with strong attention to detail. Lead and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies — sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives. Collaborate closely with engineering, compliance, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable payment solutions. Work proficiently with tools such as Rally, Confluence, Postman, and Swagger/OpenAPI. Strong understanding of
ISO 20022
messaging standards and end-to-end payment processing flows. 7+ years of experience as a Product Owner, preferably in fintech or banking. Proven ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders in an agile environment.
Required Skills:
