Chicago (Onsite) Required Qualifications Bachelor''''''''s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field. 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master leading Agile teams. Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile frameworks. Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or Rally. Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills. Experience facilitating distributed and cross-functional teams. Scrum certification such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or SAFe Scrum Master preferred.
