Job Description

Job Description Insight Global's client is looking for a Scrum Master to come support one of their digital product teams focused specially on Supply Chain. This is surrounding OMP supply chain and planning implementation in this company's factories. The implementation is live and the current project focus is achieving ROI, addressing application slowness, enhancing features and managing a version upgrade moving to production this quarter. They are looking for a Senior Scrum Master who can take initiative and is comfortable talking to leadership. They need to be able to facilitate workshops, coach teams on Agile practices, and work directly with the business to solve problems. The Scrum Master should be able to enable cross-collaboration, provide transparency, focus on execution excellence, and address risks in delivery.
  •  Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their context, challenges, and goals.
  •  Select and implement agile practices to fit specific team and business contexts.
  •  Facilitate Agile ceremonies and routines for teams and PODs, ensuring adherence to agile principles (eg. Scrum, kanban, other frameworks).
  •  Lead/Facilitate workshops, co-creation sessions to foster collaboration where necessary, to ensure effective collaboration between the Team, Product Owner, and Stakeholders.
  •  Support the Team in creating overall transparency on the status of their work, ensuring appropriate information sharing and collaboration.
  •  Establish and track metrics to measure team performance, identify areas for improvement, use data to identify bottlenecks and drive iterative improvement
  •  Remove impediments to allow the Team to continuously deliver value.
  •  Identify areas for improvement and propose changes to increase efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction in agile PODs and non-agile portions of the company.
  •  Help the team create a culture of collaboration, focus, and continuous improvement, while keeping a sustainable pace.
  •  Act as a change agent in the organization, coaching, teaching, or facilitating as required to help the organization improve its overall business agility and culture.
  •  Mentor and develop POs and new Scrum Practitioners, ensuring the Agile community is following best practice.
  •  Be able to train others in agile practices (POs, devs, team members, leaders).
  •  Track and continuously improve agile maturity of PODs, encouraging innovative ideas to address wider business challenges.
  •  Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and new Agile techniques, applying this knowledge to improve team performance.

  • Proficiency in Agile Tools ( Jira, Miro, Monday.com or similar tools)
  • Experience in enterprise transformation/Digital Product delivery
  • Experience working in a hybrid Agile/Waterfall environment (the work is SOW with the vendor, so not pure Agile)
  • Vendor Management experience
  • Ability to cross collaborate across multiple stakeholders
  • Supply Chain experience
  • Strong Leader, proactive and one who drives results not just facilitates but actually shows results
  • Ability to Coach remote and hybrid teams effectively
  • Knowledge of other Agile approaches and practices (e.g. Retrospective formats, Kanban, visualization frameworks, user stories, relative estimations, …).
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Agile Coach Certification (ICP-ACC), or equivalent
  • Experience of different Agile scaling frameworks (LeSS, SAFe, Scrum @ Scale, …)
  • Demonstrate strong skills in servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.
  • Proven success in launching and maturing teams
  • Business Acumen:
    Understanding of business operations, market dynamics, and customer needs.
  • Proven ability to lead, influence, and keep teams engaged.
  • Strong facilitation, servant leadership and conflict resolution skills

  • Agile coaching experience is a plus
