8+Job Description:
- Facilitate Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Release Planning.
- Ensure Agile principles, practices, and frameworks are effectively followed across teams.
- Coach and mentor teams on Agile methodologies, continuous improvement, and delivery excellence.
- Identify, track, and resolve delivery impediments to maintain team productivity and delivery flow.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to manage backlog refinement, user stories, and sprint planning activities.
- Monitor team performance, sprint metrics, velocity, and release progress.
- Prepare and analyze Agile reports, dashboards, and project status updates for leadership.
- Support teams in achieving sprint and release goals while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Promote team health, servant leadership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate cross-functional dependencies and facilitate effective stakeholder communication.
