Indiana University Health is seeking individuals who embody these values to join our IS Enterprise Analytics team in the role of Scrum Master This position is full time position located in Indianapolis, Indiana. Role Responsibilities Guides the team and department on how to use scrum practices and values. Maintains backlogs, dashboards and sprints. Runs sprint standup, backlog grooming and planning meetings. Works closely with the business owners and projects managers to communicate project status, team capacity and blocking issues. Responsible for multiple simultaneous development streams. Candidate Qualifications Candidates for the position will be evaluated according to the following criteria and competencies. Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience. Must be a certified AGILE Scrum Master. Requires 3-5 years of relevant experience. Experience as a software developer is a strong plus. Requires robust, hands on experience using Azure Devops or other Agile project management tools for Agile and SCRUM project management. Requires excellent communication and coaching skills. Must be adept at task refinement, story splitting, agile estimating, retrospections and other Scrum techniques. Experience with PowerBI is a plus.
