• The Scrum Master will facilitate and ensure the effective implementation of Agile practices
• Foster a collaborative and productive environment for a federal client's operations
• Play a pivotal role in guiding teams through Agile methodologies
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.

• 7 + years of related experience
• Active Secret Clearance is required
• Due to agency and contract requirements, candidates must be U.S. citizens with no dual citizenship
• This is an on-site position at a government facility
• Requires presence on-site five days per week in Annapolis Junction, MD
• Candidates must reside within a commutable distance
• Participation in a rotational on-call schedule for emergency page-outs is required
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required
• Related experience supporting IT programs as a Scrum Master.
