12 Months Experience 5-10 Years Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master II to lead Agile delivery within a fast-paced, enterprise-scale environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end sprint execution, facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing impediments, and driving continuous improvement across cross-functional teams. This is a highly visible role supporting a large-scale digital product ecosystem , including mobile applications used by millions of customers. The Scrum Master will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to deliver high-quality, customer-focused solutions. Key Responsibilities Agile Delivery & Execution Lead and facilitate all Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives Manage sprint execution from planning through delivery while ensuring adherence to Agile principles Track progress against commitments and provide regular status updates to stakeholders Identify, escalate, and resolve blockers to ensure smooth team execution Team Leadership & Coaching Act as a servant leader to Agile teams, promoting collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement Coach teams on Agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe Partner with Product Owners to manage backlogs, prioritize work, and refine user stories Drive adoption of Agile best practices and improve team maturity Stakeholder Management Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering Leads, and leadership teams Represent the team in cross-functional meetings and communicate progress, risks, and dependencies Support Release Train Engineers (RTEs) in managing dependencies and improving delivery flow Process Improvement Continuously evaluate and enhance Agile processes and team performance Work with Agile coaches and other Scrum Masters to standardize best practices Support change management initiatives, including process and tool adoption Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 5+ years of IT experience 4+ years of Agile delivery experience (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) 4+ years working with product management and delivery teams Strong experience with Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Clarity Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform Strong communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), or PMI-ACP SAFe certification (SAFe Agilist or SAFe Scrum Master) Experience working on Agile Release Trains (ARTs) Experience in large, matrixed enterprise environments Familiarity with mobile applications or digital product development Experience aligning Agile delivery with change management strategies Key Skills Agile Methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) Sprint Planning & Execution Stakeholder Management Risk & Dependency Management Agile Coaching & Team Facilitation JIRA / Confluence Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform)
