Project Manager / Scrum Master
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead Agile project execution, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
The ideal candidate will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, manage project timelines, remove impediments, and drive continuous improvement across teams.
Key Responsibilities
Scrum Master Responsibilities
Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
Coach teams on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement
Remove blockers and impediments impacting team productivity
Track sprint progress and ensure adnce to Agile processes
Support Product Owners in backlog grooming and prioritization
Foster collaboration and transparency within teams and stakeholders
Project Management Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and monitor projects from initiation to closure
Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
Coordinate with business stakeholders, development teams, QA, and leadership
Manage project risks, dependencies, and change requests
Prepare status reports, dashboards, and project documentation
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field
4+ years of experience in Project Management and/or Scrum Master roles
Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and SDLC methodologies
Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or Trello
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
Scrum certifications such as CSM, PSM, or SAFe Scrum Master
PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus
Experience working with distributed or offshore teams
Knowledge of Agile metrics and reporting
