- Summary Project Manager / Scrum Master Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead Agile project execution, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
- Coach teams on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement
- Remove blockers and impediments impacting team productivity
- Track sprint progress and ensure adnce to Agile processes
- Support Product Owners in backlog grooming and prioritization
- Foster collaboration and transparency within teams and stakeholders Project Management Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor projects from initiation to closure
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, development teams, QA, and leadership
- Manage project risks, dependencies, and change requests
- Prepare status reports, dashboards, and project documentation
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in Project Management and/or Scrum Master roles
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and SDLC methodologies
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or Trello
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously Preferred Qualifications
- Scrum certifications such as CSM, PSM, or SAFe Scrum Master
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus
- Experience working with distributed or offshore teams
- Knowledge of Agile metrics and reporting Key Competencies
