Sr. IT Project Lead

Responsibilities Lead the delivery of complex projects, managing timelines, scope, and risks to achieve high-quality outcomes. Coordinate efforts across various business and IT teams, ensuring alignment on priorities and milestones. Develop and execute communication plans to effectively convey project objectives and progress to stakeholders. Translate intricate project details into clear messaging for diverse audiences, including leadership updates and change communications. Promote governance and transparency while fostering engagement and readiness for successful implementation. Skills Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Communications, Project Management, Information Systems, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in leading cross-functional project initiatives from planning through execution. Proven track record in risk management and stakeholder reporting. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Exceptional communication skills, capable of delivering clear and concise updates to executive audiences. Preferred Skills Experience with digital transformation, data analytics, or technology-enabled programs in a global context. Familiarity with agile or hybrid project delivery models (e.g., Scrum, SAFe). Prior experience in change management and adoption communications.
