UN COMN is seeking a Scrum Master to: Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, team ceremonies, and day-to-day Agile delivery rhythm. Help delivery teams remove impediments, clarify priorities, and maintain focus on committed work. Partner with leadership, analysts, and technical teams to improve visibility into delivery progress and risks. Support backlog hygiene, action tracking, and coordination across multiple contributors and stakeholders. Promote practical Agile ways of working that fit structured delivery needs and client expectations. Help teams maintain momentum while staying organized, transparent, and responsive to change. This position description outlines the core duties for this role, but it is not all-inclusive. Responsibilities may shift based on contract requirements, mission needs, or organizational objectives. Requirements 5+ years of related experience. Bachelor's degree in a related field, or 4 additional years of related experience. Experience facilitating Agile delivery practices in cross-functional technology teams. Strong skills in sprint coordination, ceremony facilitation, and backlog support. Ability to identify and help resolve delivery blockers through clear communication and follow-through. Experience working with both technical teams and business stakeholders in a collaborative delivery setting. Strong written and verbal communication skills with a calm, organized working style. Must be eligible to obtain a Secret clearance or similar, granted by the U.S. Government, which requires U.S. citizenship. The government also uses 13 adjudicative guidelines to determine an individual's eligibility. Must be willing to obtain relevant certifications as required by future client or contract needs. Preferred CSM, SAFe, or comparable Agile certification. Experience supporting cloud migration, modernization, or other multi-team delivery programs. Experience in federal, financial, or similarly regulated client environments. Candidates local to the St. Louis Metro East market/within commuting distance preferred, although not required.
