Education and Experience » Bachelors degree required. 7+ years experience performing in multiple agile roles in software development. 2+ years of experience at large organizations or Fortune 500 companies preferred. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities » Deliverables Development Roadmap Release Implementation Plans Root cause analysis summary (5 whys) Improvement backlog Sprint reports Sprint burn down Release burn up Velocity Chart Flow Metrics Flow efficiency Flow Load Flow Distribution Flow Velocity Product Backlog Team Charter Purpose Success Metrics Team Type & Responsibilities Team Working Agreements Definition of Ready / Definition of Done Stakeholder Engagement Roster (Dependent teams, Key Stakeholders) Team Roster Team Events & Schedule PI Plan & Objectives SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or other leading agile certification is required. Ability to be in St. Louis, MO AHQ up to three days a week. When remote, camera on for all Teams meetings. In person for the week of PI Planning. In person for important meetings and facilitations.
