Agile Scrum Master#26-06037 Charlotte, NC Pennington, NJ Plano, TX Onsite Contract Starts 7/01/2026 Ends 6/30/2027 Job Description Genesis10 is currently seeking an Agile Scrum Master for a hybrid position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC, Plano, TX and Pennington, NJ. This is a 12 month contract opportunity. This role guides and coaches a Scrum Team on how to use Agile practices and principles to deliver high-quality products and services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring Scrum is understood and the team ads to Scrum theory, practice, and guidelines, ultimately getting the team to a high-performing level by recognizing areas of strength and improvement.

Responsibilities:

Guide and coach the Scrum Team on Agile practices and principles the team achieve a high-performing level by employing appropriate coaching and development techniques Ensure Scrum is understood and the team ads to Scrum theory, practice, and guidelines Coach the Scrum team in self-organization, cross-functional skillset, and effectivemunication Work with the Scrum Team and stakeholders to influence and drive decision making Resolve team impediments with other Scrum Masters to increase the effectiveness of Scrum application Contribute to the advancement and improvement of Agile practices within the organization Facilitate and support all scrum events: S Planning, Daily Scrum, S Review, and S Retrospective Act as a leader who coaches and supports Agile teams

Requirements:

5+ years of experience as an Agile Scrum Master 5+ years of work experience with JIRA Issue and Project Tracking Software Desired skills: 5+ years of work experience on large andplex projects Agile coaching experience Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business, Information Technology or similar Working knowledge of Lean Agile SDLC processes and deliverables Working knowledge of Application Lifecycle Management Experience in education at all levels of management within the agile framework (portfolio, program, team) Excellent analysis and troubleshooting skills Process and detail-oriented Ability to foster strong collaboration among team members and help the team solve problems Self-motivation, self-direction, organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in aplex, fast-paced environment Pay range: $63.94 - $71.94 per hour Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
