Agile Scrum Master#26-05635 Charlotte, NC Plano, TX Pennington, NJ On-site Contract Starts 6/01/2026 Ends 6/01/2027 Job Description Genesis10 is currently seeking an Agile Scrum Master for a hybrid position (3 days per week onsite) with a Global Financial Institution located in Pennington, NJ, Plano, TX and Charlotte, NC. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. This role is responsible for optimizing the flow of stories and the value delivered by one or more Scrum teams, and is focused on serving the needs of the team to drive performance and growth. The successful candidate will coordinate and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, manage dependencies, provide visibility into team delivery plans, and enable continuous improvement. They will promote and coach the Agile mindset and principles, empowering the team to be self-managing and fulfill their cross-functional potential.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and facilitate Scrum ceremonies Manage dependencies for the team and ensure impediments are resolved quickly Provide visibility into team delivery plans and progress Enable continuous improvement within the team Ensure the team follows their agreed-to processes Foster a good relationship between the Product Owner and the development team Promote and coach the Agile mindset and principles

Requirements:

5-7 years of experience in technology and working in an agile environment Must be SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) 5 certified; SASM SAFe Advanced Scrum Master preferred Working knowledge of Lean Agile SDLC processes and deliverables Ability to lead discussions and learning sessions with 30+ attendees Willingness to facilitate learning and empower team members to teach others (Train the Trainer) Working knowledge of Quality Center/Application Lifecycle Management Excellent proficiency and hands-on experience with Jira, including pulling reports Experience in developing and delivering education sessions at all levels of management within the agile framework Experience in demonstrating facilitation of core agile practices including Servant Leadership, Kanban & Scrum Frameworks, value stream mapping, and release planning Excellent analysis and troubleshooting skills Proficient with Microsoft Office suite Process-oriented and detail-oriented Desired skills: Scrum Master Certification Experience driving a d service strategy and performance culture Relevant IT experience (SDLC - Waterfall / Agile) preferably within a Financial domain Strong verbal and writtenmunication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences Pay range: $63.94 - $71.94 per hour Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
