$60 - $70 (W2 Only) Job/Role Description:
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and PI Planning to ensure they are effective, outcome-driven, and aligned with delivery objectives. Drive consistency in Agile practices and coach teams to operate effectively within the Scrum framework through facilitation and continuous improvement. Oversee sprint execution, resource capacity tracking, and forecasting to support realistic planning and sustainable delivery. Monitor team performance using Agile metrics such as velocity, sprint burndown/burnup, and cycle time to identify trends, improve predictability, and enable data-informed decisions. Identify and remove impediments, manage risks, resolve blockers, and coordinate dependencies across teams to maintain delivery alignment and protect team focus. Collaborate with Product Owners on backlog prioritization and refinement to ensure work aligns with business value and delivery goals. Partner with engineering leads and architects to assess technical feasibility, estimate complexity, manage technical debt, and address environment and release risks. Provide regular updates to stakeholders and leadership on delivery progress, risks, and outcomes while shielding teams from external disruptions. Coach teams on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and self-organization while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Utilize Jira for backlog management and sprint tracking, Confluence for documentation, and support Definition of Ready (DoR), Definition of Done (DoD), and story sizing techniques. Apply iterative delivery practices within an Agile SDLC and support scaled delivery approaches as needed. Required Qualifications Experience serving as a Scrum Master in enterprise Agile delivery environments Proven ability to facilitate Scrum ceremonies and drive effective Agile execution Strong knowledge of Agile metrics, sprint tracking, and continuous improvement practices Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams for backlog management, documentation, and collaboration Solid understanding of technical delivery environments including system architecture, APIs, integrations, and dependencies Demonstrated success identifying and removing impediments while coordinating across teams and stakeholders Experience coaching teams on Agile principles and fostering high-performing, self-organizing teams Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills with excellent facilitation abilities Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment and make sound decisions under tight timelines Highly self-motivated, organized, and customer service oriented Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) a plus Background in engineering, quality assurance, or software development a plus Experience supporting large-scale, multi-team Agile delivery environments a plus Familiarity with cloud platforms, data platforms, or DevOps ecosystems a plus Pay:
