Job Description

Summary:
Facilitates Agile development practices and ensures Scrum processes are followed.
Responsibilities:
Lead Scrum ceremonies, remove blockers, coach teams on Agile principles.
Skills:
Certified Scrum Master (CSM), strong communication and leadership skills.
In addition:
senior SM with Agile experience, and - in particular - Agile transformation PM experience, so that the SM can take on PM duties, and/or grow into them healthy level of Middle and Back Office knowledge
