Years Job Description:
Core Responsibilities Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews Remove blockers: Identify and eliminate obstacles preventing team progress Shield the team: Protect from external interruptions and scope changes mid-sprint Coach stakeholders: Guide product owners and teams on Agile principles Track metrics: Monitor velocity, burndown charts, and team health indicators
Essential Skills:
Technical Understanding Software development lifecycle knowledge Basic understanding of development tools and practices Familiarity with CI/CD concepts Facilitation & Communication Conflict resolution and mediation Active listening and questioning techniques Clear, concise communication across all levels Agile Expertise Deep Scrum framework knowledge (CSM/PSM certification) plus Understanding of Kanban, SAFe, or other Agile methodologies Continuous improvement mindset Leadership Servant leadership approach Emotional intelligence Team motivation without authority Tools Proficiency JIRA for issue tracking Confluence or similar for documentation
