Agile Scrum Master#26-04763 Pennington, NJ On-site Contract Starts 5/18/2026 Ends 5/21/2027 Job Description Genesis10 is currently seeking an Agile Scrum Master for a hybrid position (3 days per week onsite) with a Global Financial Institution located in Pennington, NJ. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering defined deliverables which require engagement from multiple teams. The Scrum Master willmunicate work objectives, coordinate delivery, manage risks, ensurepliance to standards, and provide end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables.

Responsibilities:

Ensure execution and delivery meets the client's expectations in terms of functionality, quality, timeline and cost Coordinate and facilitate routines to support delivery - e.g. kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, tollgates, etc Plan and coordinate delivery and dependencies with across multiple teams Facilitate dependency management, risk management, and impediment removal for the defined deliverables Promote and facilitatemunication and collaboration across organizations to support the deliverablepletion and timeline Gather and facilitate status updates for the deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery, risks/issues, and schedule Ensure that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements by working with the sponsor/stakeholders Ensure deliverablesply with Enterprise Change Management standards Support resource planning for delivery/execution

Requirements:

5+ years of End-2-End Project/Release Management experience Agile / Scrum Master experience Strong Project Management Skills, ability to lead a team and drive to results Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Must possess analytical and problem solving skills Excellent oral and writtenmunication skills Excellent time management and prioritization skills Strong project financial management skills Experience guiding projects through all phases, ensuring required standards and processes are followed, required documents arepleted, and required tracking systems are kept updated Experience developing and managing a project plan Experience identifying, assigning, tracking, escalating, and resolving issues Experience scheduling and facilitating regular meetings to review progress and status, and ad hoc topical meetings Ability to provide project status/metrics on deliverables or escalate issues to senior leaders and executives Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Desired skills: Agile / Scrum Master certification Project Management certification Bachelor's degree Pay range: $63.94 - $71.94 Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
