Required Skills:

The TSM plays a critical role in accelerating delivery, improving flow efficiency, and ensuring Agile principles are practically applied within complex, technology-driven environments.

Agile Scrum Expertise:

Proven experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies, coaching teams, and driving continuous improvement in Agile and SAFe/ART environments.

Technical Acumen:

Strong understanding of modern software delivery, including cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices, enabling effective facilitation of technical discussions.

Delivery Enablement:

Ability to translate technical concepts and constraints into stakeholder-friendly language while supporting backlog refinement and dependency management.

Technical Judgment:

Sufficient depth to recognize technical debt, architectural risks, and system dependencies without assuming the role of a technical lead or developer.

Tooling Proficiency:

Hands-on experience with Agile delivery tools and engineering platforms such as JIRA, DevOps, and related collaboration and reporting tools.

Leadership Coaching:

Strong communication, facilitation, and coaching skills to foster high-performing, self-organizing teams and maintain delivery transparency. Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) Working knowledge of cloud platforms Familiarity with AI/ML workflows, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation Experience with Agile tooling such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms Agile Delivery Expertise Deep understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Lean-Agile frameworks Experience working in Scaled Agile (SAFe) or multi-team environments Strong backlog management and dependency orchestration skills Qualified candidates should

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS

Pay Range•: $74- $78 per hour •Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
