AI Automation Delivery Lead (BA / Scrum Hybrid) This is a hybrid Business Analyst / Product Owner / Scrum Master role focused on driving AI and automation initiatives from concept through implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather and document business requirements Create user stories and acceptance criteria Manage Agile ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives Coordinate between business stakeholders, AI developers, engineers, and QA teams Support UAT, testing, defect tracking, and documentation Measure project value, adoption, and business outcomes Help transition AI solutions from pilot phases into production environments

Ideal Candidate Background:

Business Analyst, Product Owner, Scrum Master, or Agile Delivery Lead Strong experience with Agile methodologies and project delivery Expertise in requirements gathering, workflow documentation, and process mapping Experience with Azure DevOps Prior involvement in AI, automation, digital transformation, or GenAI initiatives is highly preferred Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments
