New York, NY Position Description:
We're seeking a Senior Delivery Lead to lead AI automation delivery in a BA/Scrum hybrid capacity. You will translate business goals and AI use cases into clear, measurable execution plans, drive Agile delivery across AI initiatives, and support the journey from pilot to production—ensuring adoption and measurable value throughout.
Key Responsibilities:
Intake & Use Case Structuring:
Convert business problems into well-defined user stories, measurable outcomes, and business requirements.
Agile Delivery Support:
Support sprint execution through stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives; track progress and remove delivery blockers.
Cross-Team Coordination:
Partner with business stakeholders, AI/engineering teams, and QA/testing resources to align on requirements, timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.
Testing & Validation Support:
Support UAT efforts, help track and triage issues/bugs, and ensure documentation is complete and accurate.
Documentation & Workflow Maintenance:
Maintain clear workflows, requirements, acceptance criteria, data mapping, and reusable templates.
Value Tracking & Outcomes Measurement:
Measure and report value such as time savings, accuracy improvements, and scalability impacts.
Governance & Scaling Support:
Help transition solutions from pilot to production and support adoption strategies with stakeholders.
Top Requirements:
Agile Delivery Lead experience, or equivalent roles such as Product Owner or Scrum Master (BA / Scrum hybrid preferred) Strong Agile delivery knowledge (user stories, acceptance criteria, backlog management, retrospectives) Proven ability to structure AI/automation use cases into actionable requirements (including workflows and data mapping) Experience with Azure DevOps (boards, backlog management, sprint tracking) Comfort working in fast-moving, experimental environments with an iterative "fail fast / learn fast" approach Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical teams Experience supporting UAT and defect/bug tracking Experience with AI automation projects (preferred) About Seneca Resources At Seneca Resources, we are more than just a staffing and consulting firm—we're a trusted career partner.
