Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Project Manager/Scrum Master to lead complex enterprise software initiatives and drive successful project delivery. This pivotal role combines expert project management with agile leadership, ensuring teams adhere to best practices such as Scrum, SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework), and traditional Waterfall methodologies. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project schedules, and facilitate communication among stakeholders to achieve strategic objectives. Your expertise in cloud computing, IT infrastructure, and software development will empower you to oversee end-to-end project execution, from requirements gathering through deployment and user acceptance testing. Responsibilities Lead multiple project teams using Agile frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe while integrating Waterfall approaches when necessary to meet project demands. Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and release planning sessions to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with project goals. Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and resources utilizing tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, VersionOne, TFS (Team Foundation Server), and SharePoint. Coordinate requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to define clear project deliverables and success criteria aligned with business needs. Oversee the development of detailed test cases and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate solutions before deployment. Monitor progress through metrics like burn-down charts and velocity reports; adjust plans proactively to mitigate risks or delays. Ensure adherence to SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), IT governance policies, PMBOK (Project Management Body of Knowledge) standards, and enterprise software best practices. Facilitate communication among technical teams handling SQL databases, Oracle systems, cloud computing environments (AWS), and IT infrastructure components for seamless integration. Lead release management activities including deployment planning, disaster recovery procedures, and post-implementation reviews. Drive program management initiatives across multiple projects while maintaining organizational alignment with strategic priorities. Experience Proven experience managing enterprise software projects within an Agile environment utilizing Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, or Waterfall methodologies. Strong knowledge of project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, VersionOne, TFS, Visio, SharePoint and Microsoft Office suite including Word and Excel. Demonstrated expertise in cloud computing platforms like AWS along with IT infrastructure components such as databases (SQL/Oracle) and network systems. Solid understanding of SDLC processes including requirements gathering, analysis skills, test-driven development (TDD), user acceptance testing (UAT), and release management. Excellent leadership abilities with a track record of guiding cross-functional teams through complex projects while maintaining clear communication channels. Skilled in project scheduling, risk mitigation strategies, negotiation with stakeholders at all levels, and organizational skills necessary for successful program delivery. Familiarity with project management methodologies such as PMBOK standards and IT governance frameworks ensuring compliance across initiatives. Join us to be a catalyst for innovation!
