Position Summary This Scrum Master role will support the digital product development team on the Account Center website. This role will coordinate and facilitate Agile Scrum processes within the team, ensuring collaborative and efficient work delivering on customer value and need, producing high-quality solutions. Key Responsibilities Manage the scope and timeline for the team, facilitating Scrum ceremonies - daily stand ups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint review and retrospectives. Coach team members in Agile frameworks and facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration. Work with product owners to prioritize epics and backlogs and support new intake requests and steering meetings with stakeholders and leadership Provide clarity, ensuring that the goals, outcomes and scope are understood by everyone Manage planning, risks, timelines, estimation and reporting Track Scrum Team KPIs, helping the team progress and improve efficiency, maintain an Epics and Features scoreboard in Azure DevOps, dashboards to show status, progress, and risks to stakeholders Build and maintain strong cross-team relationships ensuring alignment between the Scrum team, internal IT and other stakeholders, resolve conflicts and remove impediment Help implement change effectively, promoting team learning with each sprint Ensure deliverables meet agreed quality standards and Definition of Done at the end of each sprint Guide development teams to higher Scrum maturity and apply Agile coaching as applicable Help build a productive environment where team members 'own' the product and enjoy working on it Ensure team is creating documentation such as user stories, acceptance criteria, test cases in Azure DevOps, business process flow, and other business and technical documents in a timely manner Ensure test strategy, scenarios and scripts Support release management activities and provide delivery and other metrics to the leadership team Assist team in developing application support RACI and support handover documents. Ensure prompt status reports, meeting agendas, materials, and minutes for meetings. Required Qualifications and Skills BS in Computer Science, Information Systems or Business, or a related field from an accredited school, or equivalent. 3-5+ years of applicable experience as Scrum Master. CSM Scrum Master certification. Experience in a Scrum Master role Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks Experience with website/software development teams and authenticated portals Hands on experience with Azure DevOps (Boards, Queries, Dashboards; Repos and Pipelines a plus). Demonstrated ability to track, analyze, and present delivery metrics and KPIs.
