Key Responsibilities:

Lead and facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Remove impediments that hinder team progress and shield the team from external distractions. Track and report on project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders. Promote a culture of transparency, collaboration, and accountability. Coach team members on Agile best practices and help them grow professionally. Understand how the project impacts business strategy and communicate this effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, including agile project delivery. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience. Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) preferred; or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) plus 3 years of experience. Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate project vision and updates. Critical thinking and problem-solving expertise to analyze complex issues. Why Join Us?
