Job Description
Job Description Role Summary The Scrum Master is responsible for facilitating Agile delivery, ensuring the team adheres to Scrum principles, and removing impediments to help the team deliver high-quality products efficiently. They act as a servant leader for the development team and a coach for Agile best practices. Key Responsibilities Facilitate core Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives) Remove blockers and impediments to ensure smooth sprint execution Support Product Owner with backlog grooming and prioritization Track team progress using metrics (velocity, burndown, release forecasting) Ensure Agile best practices are followed (continuous improvement, collaboration, transparency) We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
