Scrum Master Lead

Scrum Master Lead Job Summary:

Our team is seeking a dynamic individual to facilitate continuous delivery processes, supporting the team in embracing the Scrum methodology. We ensure seamless integration of project management duties to meet the evolving demands of clients and partners.

Responsibilities:

Conduct daily stand-ups and support the team in following the Scrum delivery process. Manage conventional project duties including scope, staffing, risk/issue management, and communications. Collaborate with the product owner to transform requirements into functional software. Evaluate data proposals for project feasibility and requirements assessment.

Required:

Proven experience in traditional and Scrum project management with at least 8 years of relevant experience. Hands-on experience with ADO (Admin, including queries) and JIRA. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and other relevant software. Strong communication skills and technical knowledge in circuit boards, processors, computer hardware and software.
