This role is ideal for someone who understands Agile process discipline, is comfortable coordinating across teams, and is not afraid to push for updates, maintain accountability, and keep work moving. Just as importantly, this is not a purely administrative role. We are looking for someone who can help drive projects forward, contribute to product-related tasks, and serve as a trusted right hand to the Director of Product. This person will help improve visibility, follow-through, and accountability across a wide range of product and business initiatives. The role includes facilitating Agile processes and maintaining project systems, but also supporting hands-on product coordination work that helps ensure DENT's products are well-managed, market-ready, and sellable.

What You'll Be Doing:
Organizing and maintaining product management and engineering tasks, priorities, and schedules Managing Jira or similar project management systems, including workflows, tickets, boards, and reporting Maintaining backlogs and Kanban boards to ensure work is visible and actionable Facilitating standups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and stakeholder meetings Following up with task owners to keep projects moving and blockers surfaced Documenting action items, timelines, decisions, and process updates Supporting product maintenance and administrative tasks across the product lifecycle Assisting with product data collection, documentation updates, and internal coordination Helping review and coordinate work tied to datasheets, product changes, marketing initiatives, and other product-related deliverables Supporting cross-functional efforts involving Engineering, Sales, Marketing, vendors, peer companies, and customers Assisting with ECOs, NCRs, RMAs, and other product support processes as needed Helping improve team discipline around planning, communication, and execution Providing support on both small and large projects to help ensure products are delivered with quality and are ready for market
Requirements:
Experience working in a Scrum Master, Agile Project Coordinator, Project Manager, or similar role Strong familiarity with Jira or a similar project management system Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and maintaining backlogs / sprint boards Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills Ability to work onsite in Bend, Oregon Comfortable coordinating across multiple teams and stakeholder groups Willingness to take ownership, drive progress, and contribute directly where needed Able to keep meetings productive and hold people accountable in a constructive way
Nice-to-Haves:
PMI-ACP , CSM
, or similar Agile certification Product management experience Experience supporting embedded software or hardware development teams Familiarity with Agile in technical product development environments Experience improving PM processes, dashboards, or team workflows Exposure to product change processes, product documentation, or cross-functional launch support
