Job Description Responsibilities:

Proven experience leading and coaching, cross-functional technology teams delivering complex initiatives Robust organizational, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills across technical and non-technical audiences Deep working knowledge of Agile and Scrum frameworks, applied effectively to team maturity and context Ability to optimize and adapt Scrum ceremonies and augment with additional forums (e.g., operational metrics reviews) to improve outcomes Expertise in backlog refinement, planning, and flow management; coaches teams and leaders on effective Agile practices Demonstrated ability to remove impediments, coordinate resolution of cross-team risks, and own non-technical blockers Ensures consistent and effective application of Agile frameworks to improve product development and architectural outcomes Ensures a psychologically safe and inclusive team environment. Experience using delivery metrics and reporting to drive transparency, predictability, and continuous improvement Proficiency with Agile delivery and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) Scrum or Agile certification (e.g., CSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP, or equivalent) Must be motivational, proactive, involved, and creative.
