Experience Description:
Responsibilities Core responsibilities include: Facilitate Agile ceremonies: Sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, sprint reviews, backlog refinement Jira ownership: Build and maintain boards, workflows, reporting dashboards and ensure consistent use across teams Drive backlog management: ensure stories are defined, prioritized groomed Enable delivery: escalate blockers, track dependencies across workstreams
Reporting:
sprint metrics, velocity, burndown, risks/issues Stakeholder coordination: work with program manager, program lead, workstream leads, core program team, core stakeholders
Qualifications Must-haves:
Hands-on Scrum Master experience Deep Jira expertise: board configuration (assist with strategy to develop/operationalize), workflow setup, reporting (dashboards, filters, metrics) Confluence expertise Experience scaling Agile across multiple teams/workstreams Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills Preferred but not required: Experience with risk/compliance/cybersecurity/GRC Familiarity with hybrid (agile + traditional PM) environments Experience supporting program-level reporting By providing your phone number, you consent to: (1) receive automated text messages and calls from the Judge Group, Inc. and its affiliates (collectively "Judge") to such phone number regarding job opportunities, your job application, and for other related purposes.
