10+ years We need only LOCAL candidate for this role. Candidate need to work onsite from Day 1 (Hybrid basis 3 days onsite a week) Responsibilities of an Agile Scrum Master Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint review, and retrospective meetings. Identify and resolve blockers that slow down the team. Should have financial domain exp. Escalate issues to management when required. Guide the team on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement. Mentor team members to become self-organized and cross-functional. Shield the team from external interruptions and unplanned work. Maintain a sustainable pace of delivery. Facilitate communication between developers, QA, Product Owner, and stakeholders. Ensure transparency of project progress, risks, and dependencies. Help refine and prioritize the product backlog. Ensure stories are well-defined, sized, and ready for development. Track sprint progress (velocity, burndown, blockers). Monitor metrics and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Drive retrospective actions and process improvement initiatives.
