Job Description

Salary:

100-118k plus a 15% bonus Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship We are seeking a Senior Scrum Master to support a high-visibility engagement with a leading financial services client. This role will lead a Scrum team in a hybrid Agile environment , driving delivery, coaching team members, and ensuring alignment with business stakeholders. This is not a purely facilitation role the Scrum Master will also have delivery accountability and work closely with an offshore delivery lead.

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, Reviews, Retros) Lead a Scrum team and partner closely with client stakeholders (Director-level) Drive delivery execution and ensure sprint commitments are met Remove impediments and maintain team velocity and focus Collaborate with Product Owners to manage backlog and user stories Track and report Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, sprint progress) Support a hybrid Agile model (Scrum + enterprise delivery practices) Partner with offshore delivery lead to ensure aligned execution

Required Experience:

10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years as a Scrum Master Experience supporting D365 / Power Platform implementations (hands-on exposure is a plus) Strong experience in hybrid Agile environments Proven ability to manage delivery, not just facilitate ceremonies Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, QA, product) Strong communication skills with experience interacting with Director-level stakeholders Experience with JIRA and/or Azure DevOps Nice to

Have:

Experience in CRM or Contact Center environments (B2C) Scrum certifications (CSM, PSM, SAFe)
