Agile Scrum Master#26-05437 Chandler, AZ 40% Remote Contract Starts 7/01/2026 Ends 7/01/2027 Job Description Genesis10 is currently seeking a Scrum Master for a hybrid position (3 days per week onsite) with a Global Financial Institution located in Chandler, AZ. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. In this role, you will act as a servant leader, guiding and coaching teams on Agile practices. You will be responsible for facilitating all Agile ceremonies, managing dependencies, removing impediments, and promoting collaboration to support value delivery within a Scaled Agile environment.

Responsibilities:

As a servant leader, guide and coach team/s on agile practices Facilitate agile ceremonies (for example, S Planning, Daily Scrum, Backlog Refinement, S Demos/Reviews, and S Retrospectives) In a Scaled Agile model, facilitate scaled planning for the team (for example, Pre-Planning/Preparation and PI Planning Events) and represent the team in Scrum of Scrums/ART Syncs the team define norms/agreements, like a Definition of Ready and Definition of Done, and enforce the agreements Ensure the team has a healthy product and S backlog (in collaboration with the Product Owner) Facilitate dependency management/risk management/impediment removal for the team Promote/facilitatemunication and collaboration within the Agile team to support value delivery and Smitments Provide visibility into the Agile team's delivery plans and progress against plan to stakeholders Measure team delivery, maturity, and performance and review the metrics with the team to identify improvement opportunities

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of hands-on practical scrum master experience (not just training) Experience with Scrum and Kanban teams Experience in a Scaled Agile Environment (Experience with Program Increment Planning) Strong JIRA and Confluence experience Strongmunication and relationship management skills Demonstrated ability to drive results Desired skills: Technical development experience (Software or Infrastructure) Experience in a large financial institution / regulated environment Scrum Master Certification or SAFe Agile certifications Experience in a public cloud environment, Azure or Amazon Web Services (AWS) Demonstrated team-level agile coaching skills Pay range: $63.94 - $71.94 per hour Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
