Role Summary:
Join Our Client s Cybersecurity, Systems, & Resilience organization as a Product Owner / Scrum Master with strong facilitation skills and technical fluency. You ll drive Scrum ceremonies, partner with Product Owners on backlog refinement, and remove impediments to keep delivery moving. With practical expertise in Power BI, Excel analytics, coding, and AI tools, you ll help the team automate routine work, improve visibility through dashboards and delivery metrics, and continuously raise the bar on Agile practices. Responsibilities:
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews Coach and mentor teams on Scrum practices, Agile principles, and self-organization Support backlog refinement, prioritization, and sprint delivery planning with Product Owners Identify, track, and remove impediments affecting team performance or delivery Use Power BI to build and maintain dashboards, reports, and delivery metrics Apply coding and analytical skills to support automation, visualization, and technical understanding Leverage AI tools and platforms to streamline workflows and enhance analysis and communication Provide regular status updates, metrics, and insights to stakeholders Collaborate with engineering and analytics partners on dependencies, risks, and implementation discussions Support Agile transformation efforts through practical guidance and training
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
Experience partnering closely with Product Owners and technical stakeholders A continuous improvement mindset and the ability to influence without authority Strong analytical habits using Excel and BI reporting to drive decisions Hands-on curiosity about AI tooling to improve delivery efficiency Prior exposure to cybersecurity, engineering, or technology delivery environments
Required Skills/Experience:
3+ years as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Product Owner, or similar role in software delivery Strong understanding of Agile (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) Power BI proficiency (dashboards, reports, data visualization) Strong Excel analytical skills (metrics, reporting, decision support) Practical experience using AI tools across platforms to improve productivity and analysis Coding or scripting skills (preferred) Clear verbal and written communication skills Ability to build relationships and lead collaboration across teams Familiarity with tools such as
