CSM, PSM, or SAFe Scrum Master (required) Job Summary The Scrum Master will support the Account Onboarding Modernization initiative by guiding Agile teams through enterprise Scrum and SAFe practices, facilitating ceremonies, managing sprint execution in Azure DevOps, and removing delivery impediments. This role partners closely with the Project Manager, Technical BSA, and engineering teams to ensure delivery alignment, transparency, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‑ups, Reviews, Retrospectives) Manage sprint boards, cards, and reporting in Azure DevOps (ADO) Remove impediments and escalate risks and dependencies Coach teams on Agile and SAFe best practices Partner with Project Manager to align sprint execution with overall delivery milestones Track and report Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, cycle time) Support delivery in a regulated financial services environment

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $65.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
