Job Description
Description Lead Jira Specialist supporting a Scrum Master on a high-visibility government program Owns day-to-day Jira execution within an established Agile environment Translates software development activity into clear, structured artifacts and reports Supports a Large Scale Scrum (LeSS) Agile process across multiple teams Own and manage day-to-day Jira execution across the program Maintain and administer Jira boards, workflows, and configurations Capture and normalize inputs from technical leads and Agile teams Ensure data accuracy, traceability, and integrity within Jira Produce accurate, on-demand reports and dashboards for government stakeholders Support cross-team coordination and visibility across 6-12 Agile teams Quickly absorb program context and reflect it correctly in Jira artifacts Skills & Qualifications Ability to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance; U.S. citizenship required Minimum of 5 years of directly applicable experience using Jira in support of government programs Familiarity with software development environments and workflows Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of applicable experience, or Master's degree with at least 3 years of applicable experience, or PhD with applicable experience Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Woburn, MA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $135000.00 - $150000.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
