Job Description
Braun Management works with executive teams to solve complex organizational problems that have become too internal to fix. We analyze organizational friction and clarify decision rights, delivering evidence-backed structure to client teams when their committee setups have stalled. About the role This entry-level coordination position exists to support a major corporate engagement with a global logistics firm headquartered in Chicago. As we help this partner resolve operational friction and clarify team accountability, you will coordinate our agile ceremonies and keep details updated with high precision. This is a permanent, full-time hybrid position, combining structured home-based work with regular in-person collaboration sessions to maintain alignment across our delivery teams. What you will do Organize and clean team backlogs, facilitating standard agile ceremonies including planning, standups, and retrospectives. Write structured daily notes and maintain team progress boards to ensure everyone has a single source of truth. Track deliverable timelines and highlight potential blockers to the consulting and project leads early. Analyze internal coordination workflows to find where team handoffs are slowing down the delivery process. Support the client engagement team by drafting status reports that focus on factual progress. Help organize workshops and collaborative sessions, preparing the necessary workspace templates and documentation beforehand with precision. What we are looking for Strong organizational skills and an interest in studying how complex business systems operate. Excellent written communication, with the ability to summarize complex discussions into simple, clear direct prose. Familiarity with agile principles or Scrum frameworks, through coursework, self-study, or a basic certification. An eye for detail and a preference for order, consistency, and clean project boards. The ability to ask clarifying questions when directions are ambiguous or incomplete. Comfort working in a hybrid environment where both deep independent focus and clear team collaboration are valued. Our way of working We believe that writing is thinking. Instead of endless unstructured calls, we rely on highly structured, written documents to make decisions and track our progress. Our hybrid model splits time between independent remote tasks and focused, in-person coordination sessions because we know that resolving organizational friction requires both deliberate thinking time and direct personal calibration. What we offer A paid position with competitive pay designed for those entering the professional consulting and agile project management fields. Mentorship from senior organizational consultants who value logical, evidence-backed methodologies. Regular structured learning sessions on agile delivery and complex business systems. Equipment allowances to set up a comfortable home office space. Health, dental, and wellness support options appropriate for our hybrid team members. In this role, your daily work keeps the project machinery running smoothly, allowing our consulting team to focus on resolving deep structural blockages. By maintaining meticulous project tracking and clear channels of communication, you directly support the implementation of new organizational designs. Over time, you will build a strong foundation in structural consulting, scrum mastery, and the disciplined execution of large advisory projects.
