Job Description

A recognized media organization in the Tri-State Area is currently seeking a new Scrum Lead to join their team and focus on Salesforce Delivery.  •This is a Hybrid opportunity requiring the qualified professional to work onsite at least 3 days a week. •
Responsibilities:
Leading and facilitating agile ceremonies across Salesforce workstreams Partnering with Product Owners and Engineering Leads to align sprint priorities Driving sprint execution and resolving delivery blockers Promoting agile best practices and continuous improvement Serving as a delivery orchestrator across Salesforce initiatives Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in a similar role Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience Solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence Project management capabilities Excellent communication and stakeholder management Strong organizational skills
Desired Qualifications:
Certifications like CSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP Applicable certifications like Scrum Master Experience with Salesforce Engineering teams Experience in Media or Digital Publishing Familiarity with Cloud platforms and DevOps
