Seeking an experienced Scrum Master to partner with program leadership on a high-priority transformation initiative focused on redefining CRM workflows and driving full ownership of solution delivery. This role will lead cross-functional teams in defining clear data and UI requirements to enable intuitive, insight-driven pre-call and post-call experiences with minimal friction for field users. The ideal candidate will guide agile execution from requirement refinement through wireframing, ensuring solutions support structured planning, seamless execution, effective follow-up, and reduced administrative burden. Experience leveraging modern data and AI-driven frameworks is preferred to deliver scalable, user-centric outcomes in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:

Facilitate Agile Processes:
Scrum Ceremonies:
Organize and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Sprint Planning:
Assist the team in defining sprint goals, planning tasks, and estimating effort for each sprint.
Backlog Management:
Work with the Product Owner to ensure the product backlog is well-groomed, prioritized, and ready for upcoming sprints. 2.
Team Support and Coaching:
Agile Coaching:
Coach team members on Agile principles and practices, helping them to understand and adopt Scrum methodologies.
Remove Impediments:
Identify and remove any impediments or obstacles that may hinder the team's progress.
Foster Collaboration:
Promote a collaborative team environment where open communication, trust, and respect are encouraged. 3.
Project Coordination:
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, machine learning engineers, software developers, and other stakeholders, to ensure alignment and integration of projects.
Stakeholder Communication:
Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issues. 4.
Continuous Improvement:
Retrospectives:
Facilitate sprint retrospectives to identify areas for improvement and implement actionable plans to enhance team performance.
Process Optimization:
