Only USC / Green Card ???? About the Role We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master II to lead Agile delivery within a dynamic, large-scale enterprise environment. In this role, you will manage development sprints end-to-end, facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove blockers, and drive continuous improvement across teams. You will collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to deliver innovative digital solutions, particularly within a high-impact Loyalty Product team supporting a global mobile application used by millions of customers . ????
Key Responsibilities Lead Agile ceremonies:
Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives Manage sprint execution from planning to delivery Identify and remove blockers to ensure smooth team progress Partner with Product Managers on roadmap, backlog, and delivery tracking Drive Agile best practices across teams and organization Represent team progress, risks, and milestones to stakeholders Support Release Train Engineer (RTE) in managing dependencies and flow Track deliverables against Program Increment (PI) commitments ???? Coaching & Leadership Coach teams on Agile (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) principles Improve team performance through mentoring and guidance Collaborate with Product Owners on backlog management Encourage DevOps, engineering excellence, and innovation Facilitate cross-team collaboration and decision-making ???? Required Qualifications 7+ years of IT experience 4+ years of Agile delivery (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) 4+ years working with product & delivery teams Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills ?
Preferred Qualifications Certifications:
CSM, CSP, PMI-ACP, SAFe (Agilist or Scrum Master) Experience working on Agile Release Trains Background in large, matrixed organizations Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills Experience in digital/mobile product environments ????
