Position Type:
Full-Time, Exempt Real Life. Real Possibilities. At Mosaic, we relentlessly pursue opportunities that empower people. We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master II to join our team. As part of our commitment to collaboration, this position follows a hybrid schedule requiring you to be in our Omaha office every Monday and Wednesday. What You'll Do (The Impact):
Coach & Mentor:
Instill an Agile mindset across project teams, championing both Scrum and Kanban practices to foster self-organizing, highly productive teams.
Drive Transformation:
Play a pivotal role in Mosaic's critical cloud migration and digital enablement initiatives.
Facilitate & Deliver:
Lead daily standups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives. Keep work visual, manage workflow, and remove roadblocks.
Partner & Optimize:
Collaborate with stakeholders on backlog prioritization and utilize data-driven metrics to track progress and continuous improvement. What You Bring (The Requirements):
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years managing complex, multi-functional projects with a proven track record of success.
Methodology:
A solid understanding of Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid project management methodologies. Experience with DevSecOps is a plus.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
Credentials:
PMP, CSM, or PMI-ACP certifications are preferred.

A servant leader who embodies the core Agile values of openness, courage, respect, focus, and commitment. You can influence leaders at all levels without relying on traditional hierarchy.
Proximity:
