Job Description
Description
- Lead Jira Specialist supporting a Scrum Master on a high-visibility government program
- Owns day-to-day Jira execution within an established Agile environment
- Translates software development activity into clear, structured artifacts and reports
- Supports a Large Scale Scrum (LeSS) Agile process across multiple teams
- Own and manage day-to-day Jira execution across the program
- Maintain and administer Jira boards, workflows, and configurations
- Capture and normalize inputs from technical leads and Agile teams
- Ensure data accuracy, traceability, and integrity within Jira
- Produce accurate, on-demand reports and dashboards for government stakeholders
- Support cross-team coordination and visibility across 6-12 Agile teams
- Quickly absorb program context and reflect it correctly in Jira artifacts Skills Jira, agiles, reporting, data integrity, LeSS, scrum, dashboard, software development Top Skills Details Jira,agiles,reporting,data integrity,LeSS Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance; U.S. citizenship required
- Minimum of 5 years of directly applicable experience using Jira in support of government programs
- Familiarity with software development environments and workflows
- Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of applicable experience, or
- Master's degree with at least 3 years of applicable experience, or
- PhD with applicable experience
- Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered Experience Level Intermediate Level Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Woburn, MA.
