Responsibilities :
Promotes Flow and Delivery Excellence Owns execution and dependency management within and across teams, proactively escalating and motivating the team to resolve blockers. Collaborates with Product Owners, Architects, and Project Managers to align on priorities and delivery risks. Analyzes bottlenecks using tools like Value Stream Mapping, Cumulative Flow Diagrams, and Dependency Management to improve throughput. Has decision rights to raise and address team capacity constraints to ensure sustainable delivery. Stewards Iteration Execution Drives consistent and prioritized work intake aligned with team capacity and PI objectives. Ensures all work is visible in ADO with high data quality, clear acceptance criteria, and traceability by holding team accountable. Owns Agile ceremony outcomes (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives) and team engagement. Provides timely and insightful status updates to stakeholders, promoting transparency and trust. Champions Continuous Improvement Encourages team to own implementation of retrospective action items and tracks their impact. Proactively interprets delivery metrics to identify flow improvement opportunities and owns their implementation. Builds a High-Performing Agile Team Strengthens relationships with stakeholders, including Product Owners, Project Managers, and Architects, to align on goals and execution. Promotes psychological safety and fosters a collaborative, inclusive team culture. Coaches the team in Agile mindset, principles, and practices, tailored to their maturity level. Conducts skills and maturity assessments to ensure team is equipped to deliver on demand. Leads PI Planning Preparation and Execution Has sufficient domain knowledge to guide accurate work estimation and planning. Ensures dependencies and risks are understood, identified, incorporated, and managed throughout the PI cycle. Collaborates with RTEs, Product Owners, and Project Managers in PI planning events to align across teams and projects. Operational Excellence and Role Stewardship Maintains team tools and artifact storage (e.g., SharePoint, Compass, ADO) and encourages the team to create and update artifacts as needed to support visibility and governance. Ensures that core ADO fields are completed, and the backlog is groomed regularly to support technical excellence measured through quality metrics. Leads & coordinates incident management & operational change management. Participates in Communities of Practice and mentoring programs to share knowledge and grow expertise. Stays current with continuing education in the P&P Job Family and contributes to role evolution.
