We are seeking a Scrum Master / Product Manager based in Wendell, NC (hybrid) . This role is critical to ensuring teams build the right solutions, grounded in clear requirements and well‑defined processes, while continuously improving how value is delivered. In this pivotal hybrid role, you will be instrumental in enabling our cross-functional engineering and manufacturing teams within SI EA to deliver exceptional customers and business value. You'll achieve this by skillfully blending agile delivery leadership with robust product and process ownership, specifically tailored for our manufacturing operations. You will act as a Scrum lead and product execution partner, ensuring clear requirements, well‑defined processes, and value‑driven prioritization to support predictable delivery and continuous improvement. You'll make a difference by: Act as a dedicated Scrum Master, guiding our development and manufacturing teams through agile ceremonies, removing impediments, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and self-organization. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate complex manufacturing requirements and market needs into clear, actionable user stories and product backlogs. You'll ensure a well-defined product roadmap that aligns with Siemens' strategic goals for industrial automation. Drive value-based prioritization of features and enhancements, ensuring that our teams are always focused on delivering the highest impact solutions for our customers and internal manufacturing processes. Foster seamless communication and collaboration between engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance, and other critical departments, ensuring everyone is aligned on product goals and delivery timelines. Owning and representing product and business objectives, aligning stakeholder needs, technical feasibility, and delivery capacity. Defining product vision, goals, and priorities in collaboration with business, engineering, and architecture stakeholders. Managing and prioritizing the backlog to maximize business value while balancing scope, risk, quality, and sustainability. Enabling effective decision‑making by clearly articulating trade‑offs and value impact. Ensuring adherence to agile and Scrum practices while fostering transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement. Removing impediments, escalating systemic issues, and enabling high‑performing, self‑organizing teams. Leading structured requirements elicitation and refinement, translating needs into clear, actionable epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Driving alignment through backlog refinement, requirement reviews, and stakeholder workshops. Defining and standardizing end‑to‑end processes and workflows prior to system or tool implementation. Identifying process gaps and risks and leading improvement initiatives using lean and agile principles. Providing clear visibility into progress, risks, and outcomes, and acting as a bridge between technical and non‑technical stakeholders. You'll win us over by having the following qualifications:Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree 5+ years of experience with the following: Acting as a Scrum Master, Product Manager, Agile delivery lead, Validation Architect, Execution Lead or comparable role. Agile principles and methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and how to apply them effectively in a complex product development and manufacturing environment. Product ownership, requirements management, and process definition in complex environments. Application modernization, legacy migrations, API integrations, CI/CD, DevOps, and the full software development lifecycle. Proactive, problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality, impactful solutions. Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorshipPreferred Qualifications:
Agile, Scrum, or Product certifications (e.g., CSM, PSM, SAFe, Product Owner/PM). Experience in large‑scale or regulated environments. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
