Scrum Master/Product Analyst Location:
Hybrid in
Vienna, VA or Pensacola FL Duration:
Multiyear Contract Required Qualifications Demonstrated experience serving as a Scrum Master for technology delivery teams and enabling reliable execution through Agile discipline.
Strong capability in technical/process analysis:
translating ambiguous needs into clear backlog items and supporting end-to-end delivery. Bachelor s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent experience. 5+ years experience in Agile delivery roles, with Scrum Master and/or Technical Analyst experience. Strong understanding of SAFe Agile, Scrum, and Lean principles. Experience working with technical teams (APIs, integrations, data flows, cloud or service-based architectures). Proven ability to analyze complex systems and translate requirements into executable backlog items. Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), CSM, or equivalent Agile certification. Prior experience supporting enterprise-scale transformation programs. Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar Agile lifecycle tools. Experience operating in matrixed, distributed teams.
