Job Description

Job Description Insight Global is seeking an IT PM/Delivery Lead to support one of our health insurance clients. This role pertains to project work affecting the
CMS 2027
Final Rule which is a mandate to major changes of Medicare Advantage and Part D. The Final Rule is driving a new supplemental product that carriers will need to offer to members for the 2027 PY. These are benefits offered to individuals who qualify due to chronic condition so requires eligibility criteria being built across the platform. This role differs from a Scrum Master by having a broader focus on overall delivery flow and, often, a more direct hand in stakeholder management and project governance.
Key Responsibilities:
Agile Coaching & Facilitation:
Fostering a culture of continuous improvement, mentoring teams on Agile values, and facilitating ceremonies (stand-ups, planning, retrospectives).
Delivery Management:
Managing project scope, timelines, and dependencies while tracking progress through metrics like velocity and quality.
Impediment Removal:
Proactively identifying and clearing roadblocks that prevent the team from achieving goals.
Stakeholder Alignment:
Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and the team, managing expectations, and ensuring transparent communication.
Process Improvement:
Refining Agile practices to increase efficiency, quality, and effectiveness. Agile Expertise:
Deep knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile methodologies.
Leadership & Coaching:
Experience mentoring teams and acting as a servant leader.
Technical Understanding:
Familiarity with software development, DevOps, or technical processes to effectively collaborate with developers.
Communication:
Strong ability to manage stakeholders and mediate conflicts.
  •  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
  •  Experience in Scrum Master, Project Management, or Technical Lead roles.
  •  Relevant certifications (e.
g., Certified Scrum Master, PMI-ACP) are often preferred.
